In 2011, the company signed a factory construction agreement with Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, investing in a new 400,000-square-meter industrial park and officially registering Shandong Nuoer Biological Technology Co., Ltd.The R&D Center was established to build a top-tier industry research team, laying a solid foundation for Nuoer’s future growth.The preparation method of red mud settling flocculant won the Special Gold Award at the China Patent Invention and Technology Fair.
2012 marked Nuoer’s Bio-Industrial Park groundbreaking, entry into the SAP market, inclusion in the National Torch Program, new product launches, and an industry award win.
Overseas business launched with multiple offices, marking Nuoer’s entry into the global market.Established the PAM Oilfield Division and designated April 15 as Nuoer Innovation Day.Developed high-temperature alumina ore emulsion, filling a key gap in mining applications.Obtained ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certifications and earned multiple industry honors.
In 2015, the first Nuoer Innovation Conference was held, gradually establishing an innovation-driven development model. In September, the SAP Application Innovation Center was established, launching three new products: NR108, NR770, and NR765.
In 2017, Nuoer’s PAM annual sales exceeded 100,000 tons, it entered the hygiene products market, joined CNOOC’s supplier network, established its Canada office, formed a strategic partnership with India’s Cairn, won a 1-billion-RMB three-year project, held its first Kyocera Philosophy speech contest, and received multiple industry honors including "Shandong Provincial Well-Known Trademark."
In 2018, Nuoer Bio achieved mass production of acrylic acid, realizing raw material self-sufficiency and establishing a fully integrated industrial ecosystem.
In 2020, Nuoer maintained steady growth amid the pandemic, completed full access to China’s "Big Three Oil" suppliers, established "Systems and Processes Day," launched its corporate culture initiatives, and fulfilled social responsibility through donations.
In 2023, Nuoer Group held its strategic development conference, was recognized as one of the Top 100 Enterprises at IE expo China, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Southwest Petroleum University while launching its scholarship program.
In 2025, Nuoer completed commissioning of new industrial park Phase I projects, broke ground on key expansion projects, secured a landmark order for the world’s largest single paper machine, and won the Shandong Provincial Technology Invention First Prize.
